Prof. Luigi Colani

Colani.JPGAn important personage of international design and an unquestionable authority in the field of designing. Hundreds of products by the most renowned brands bear the characteristic "Colani" signature. Colani started his career in Paris as an automotive designer. He designed the first car body made entirely of plastic for SIMCA, a small sports car Colani GT - the icon of the 60's lifestyle, eco-friendly and race cars, tankers, gliders and trains. Colani is the author of innovative plastic furniture and consumer and sanitary ceramics forms setting new trends in design, present in products of such manufacturers as Villeroy & Boch, Grohe and Rosenthal. Aerodynamic sports equipment, watches and jewellery designed by Colani became world-famous, not to mention the ergonomic digital reflex camera by Canon, organically-shaped Sony headphones or an unconventionally-shaped Vobis computer. The inexhaustible variety of forms and cutting-edge design ideas include Colani's recent architectural designs.

   
   
Hadi Teherani
Hadi_Teherani.jpgOne of the most creative German architects and designers, Teherani has created new design standards and won many prestigious awards. Ambitious design, well-thought-out functionality and tangible benefits for the user are his professional creed. Hadi Teherani is one of three founders of a renowned architectural design company, BRT Architekten in Hamburg, with a staff of many engineers, architects, interior decorators, graphic specialists, designers, site managers, etc. The company's unorthodox designs include large office buildings (Doppel-X-Haus in Hamburg), stadiums (Rheinhafen in Cologne), stations (Frankfurt airport, main railway stations in Hannover and Dortmund) as well as small designs, e.g. Glasbrücke C&A and Berliner Bogen in Hamburg, Tobias Grau factory in Rellingen. In his own design company, Hadi Teherani AG, he performs design work for such customers as: Kermag, Zumtobel Staff, interstuhl, Carpet Concept, Armstrong DW, Konig+Neurath, Spechral, Tecnoline, etc.
   
   
 Prof. Stefan Heiliger
Stefan_Heiliger.jpgA remarkable designer, professor and lecturer of the Higher School of Design in Offenbach, owner of the »Stefan Heiliger Design« company in Frankfurt. Designed for Mercedes Benz in 1964-77. Since 1985, he has cooperated with renowned furniture companies. Heiliger creates his own furniture collections under the "Heiliger Collection" brand. Winner of prestigious awards and distinctions, author of many publications in international specialist press. His designs are characterised by perfect functionality, guaranteeing high comfort of use and pragmatic calculation of manufacturing costs.

Designer, member of VDID (Association of German Industrial Designers), visiting professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the Poznań University of Technology. Designs and prepares technological details of products for diverse industries, e.g. office furniture systems, office and conference chairs, consumer goods, household appliances, stadium seats, heating systems.

 Prof. Wojciech Bonenberg

Deputy Head of the Institute of Architecture and Area Development of the Poznań University of Technology. He is the author of more than 100 designs in the field of public use facilities, industrial and housing architecture, including many works that were awarded or received a distinction.  Especially worth noting are his designs of the largest European border terminals: Świecko-Frankfurt (Oder), Koroszczyn-Terespol on the Moscow-Paris route and Olszyna-Forst on the Kiev-Wrocław-Strasburg route.

Administrative and professional director of the Hessen Design Centre, marketing manager and assistant managing director of German Design Council (Rat für Formgebung). Dietzold is responsible, among others, for organising such events as a series of international conferences "Architecture for Brands", "German Debate for Designers", the exhibition "German Design in Japan" and the "Material Vision" conference combined with a commercial presentation.
