Winners of TOP DESIGN award 2009

On the first day of arena DESIGN 2009, the jury for the second stage of the TOP DESIGN award 2009 competition including international members and headed by a special guest, Tassilo von Grolman, selected winners in three categories.

Winner in the category: furniture - home textiles - kitchen - household appliances - light - interior architecture:

ODYSSEY 450 VACUUM CLEANER, produced and entered by ZELMER S.A., designed by Mr. Stanisław Półtorak of TRIADA DESIGN.

Winner in the category: office - company - light - communication:  S 360 F FLN chair entered by KARUD Sp. z o.o., produced by THONET and designed by DELPHIN DESIGN.

Winner in the category: bathroom - wellness: PURA VIDA produced and entered by HANSGROHE Sp. z o.o., designed by PHOENIX DESIGN.

TOP DESIGN award 2009 statuettes prove excellent design of the product, its unique appearance and functionalities, a high level of its innovativeness, great workmanship and ergonomics.

Alongside the main prizes, the jury of the second stage of the TOP DESIGN award 2009 competition decided to present an honourable mention to MISHELL collection entered by BALMA DESIGN Ryszard Balcerkiewicz and designed by Mr. Piotr Kuchciński. The honourable mention was presented for a wide range and variety of the collection.
